Welcome to Hickory Pet Inn! Before your cat’s first stay with us, we ask that all new clients complete this Cat Boarding Agreement. This form helps us learn about your cat’s personality, routines, and health information so we can provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience during their visit.

Once you’ve submitted this agreement, you’ll only need to fill out the Cat Boarding Request form for future reservations.

Medical Boarding: Any pet that is on heart medications, controlled substances, has stitches, is wearing an e-collar, currently diabetic, has a history of seizures (in the last 6 months) or is on anti-convulsants, had surgery in the past 2 weeks, or has severe mobility issues must medical board at Hickory Veterinary Hospital under the care of our doctors and at the associated rate.
