Dog Boarding Request (HPI)

We’re excited to care for your dog during their stay with us! Please use this form to request boarding dates for your pet. If you’re new to Hickory Pet Inn, be sure to complete the Dog Boarding Agreement form before submitting this request. Returning clients who’ve already filled out the agreement can simply complete this form to schedule their next visit.

Important: Pets on heart medications or controlled substances, with stitches or an e-collar, currently diabetic, with seizures in the last 6 months or on anti-convulsants, post-surgery (within 2 weeks), or with severe mobility issues must medical board at Hickory Veterinary Hospital under doctor care and associated rates.
